On September 24, the United Front Work Department and Social Work Department of Gaocheng District, the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, the General Trade Union, the New Alliance, and the Party Committee of Zhangjiazhuang Town, among other departments, jointly launched a greening practice activity themed “Working Together in the ‘Heart of the Forest’, Painting the New Era Heart Circle Together, Celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the Founding of New China” at the Shijiazhuang New Social Class Practicing Innovation Base of Hebei Xinsida Electric Machine Co., Ltd.

In the bright autumn sun, with the red maple leaves, the “Heart of the Forest” standing in the east of Hebei Xinsida Electric Machine Co., Ltd. shone with the large characters “Heart, Direction, Together, Creation”. The Chinese scholar trees, northern ash trees, peach trees, and crabapple trees in the forest were lush and green. Representatives of non-party individuals including members of democratic parties in Gaocheng District, non-partisan individuals, intellectuals outside the party, minority individuals, religious individuals, and non-public economic individuals, along with representatives from two enterprises and three new organizations, district federation of industry and commerce and new alliance representatives, company party members, model workers, new social class individuals, and employee representatives gathered in the “Heart of the Forest”. Everyone held tools, full of spirit, and devoted themselves to the tense yet orderly labor.

At the event site, everyone had clear divisions of labor and coordinated effectively. Some wielded hoes to remove weeds, some replanted saplings, and others carefully watered them, helping each other. Every step of the process reflected everyone hard work and sweat. After diligent labor, the originally weed-infested land was transformed, with rows of neatly planted saplings standing under the sunlight, showcasing the vigorous momentum of future development.

Afterwards, everyone visited the motor production workshop of Hebei Xinsida Electric Machine Co., Ltd., where a scene of vibrant production was taking place. Li Xudong, a labor model of Hebei Province and the general manager of Hebei Xinsida Electric Machine Co., Ltd., introduced that the company, in its reform and development, insists that talent is the first resource and relies on continuous technological innovation. The developed and manufactured permanent magnet series motors have achieved multiple domestic and international firsts and are recognized as internationally leading. The company has been awarded by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in innovation, a service-oriented manufacturing demonstration enterprise, and a pilot unit for motor remanufacturing.
